  • THE TUITION FOR the Semester is $174 per month for the full 3 months

NINJA WARRIOR

MINI NINJA

Ages: 4–7 | Level: All Levels | Duration: 60 minutes

Jump, climb, run, and play — just like a ninja! Our Mini Ninja class is specially designed for kids ages 4–7 to explore movement, build coordination, and burn energy in the most fun way possible. Combining elements of ninja warrior and parkour, this class introduces young athletes to the basics of jumping, balancing, swinging, climbing, and rolling — all through obstacle courses and creative challenges. Each session includes a warm-up, skill-building activities, and exciting movement games that help develop strength, confidence, and body awareness. With a focus on safety and fun, kids will learn how to move like little ninjas while having a blast with their classmates. Perfect for high-energy kids who love to move, explore, and try new things!

ADV. MINIS

Ages: 4–7 | Level: Advanced | Duration: 60 minutes. For our fearless little ninjas who are ready for more! Advanced Mini Ninja Warrior is designed for experienced young athletes who have mastered the basics and are eager to tackle more challenging obstacles. This fast-paced class builds on foundational ninja skills with a focus on strength, control, and obstacle strategy — all in a fun, supportive environment. This class is perfect for kids who have completed our beginner mini-ninja class or show strong body awareness, listening skills, and a love for ninja training. Coach recommendation or evaluation may be required for enrollment.

BEGINNER NINJA

Ages: 8-16 | Level: Beginner | Duration: 60 minutes

Our Beginner Ninja class is the perfect introduction to the world of ninja training! Designed for first-time participants and young athletes, this high-energy class focuses on building strength, balance, coordination, and confidence through engaging obstacle-based challenges. Students will learn the fundamentals of ninja movement, including how to climb, swing, jump, and land safely. Each session includes warm-ups, skill-building drills, obstacle practice, and strength training .Whether you're aiming to become an American Ninja warrior or just looking for a fun and active way to build fitness, this class is the perfect starting point. No experience necessary!

NINJA LVL. 2

Ages: 8-16 | Level: Intermediate | Duration: 60 minutes

Ready to take your ninja skills to the next level? Our Ninja Warrior Level 2 Class is designed for students who have mastered the basics and are ready for more advanced challenges. This class builds on fundamental ninja techniques with a focus on strength, endurance, and obstacle strategy. Athletes will learn more complex movements while developing endurance and problem-solving skills. Coach approval is required for this class.

ADULT NINJA

Ages: 16+ | Level: All Levels | Duration:  60 minutes

Unleash your inner ninja — no matter your age or experience! Our Adult Ninja Warrior Class is a full-body workout that combines obstacle training, functional fitness, and skill development in a fun and challenging environment. Whether you're training for a competition or just looking for a new way to get fit, this class will push your strength, agility, and coordination to the next level. You’ll learn how to navigate ninja obstacles, with a focus on proper technique, progressions, and personal growth. Coaches tailor the experience to suit all fitness levels, so whether you're a first-timer or a seasoned athlete, you'll be challenged and supported every step of the way. Come for the obstacles — stay for the community, progress, and fun.

PARKOUR + TAG

BEGINNER PARKOUR

Ages: 8-16 | Level: Beginner | Duration: 60 minutes

Jump, climb, and move like never before! Our Beginner Parkour Class is the perfect starting point for anyone curious about the art of movement. Designed for absolute beginners, this class teaches the foundational skills of parkour in a safe, supportive, and fun environment. Students will learn how to run, vault, roll, balance, and safely overcome obstacles using their body and surroundings. We focus on building strength, agility, coordination, and confidence while exploring creative movement through structured drills and real-world-inspired challenges. Whether you're looking to get more active, build body awareness, or just try something new, this class is a great way to get started on your parkour journey — no experience required!

PARKOUR LVL. 2

Ages: 8-16 | Level: Intermediate | Duration: 60 minutes

Take your movement to the next level. Our Parkour Level 2 Class is designed for students who have a solid foundation in the basics and are ready to build more advanced skills, strength, and flow. This class focuses on refining technique, increasing power and precision, and learning to link movements smoothly through dynamic environments. Athletes will train advanced vaults, wall runs, cat grabs, tic-tacs, bar swings, and fluid combos. Emphasis is placed on control, creativity, and adapting to more complex challenges — all while continuing to develop strength, agility, and safe landings. Perfect for students who have completed our beginner class or have prior parkour experience. Coach approval is required for this class.

KIDS TAG

Ages: 8-16 | Level: beginner | Duration: 60 minutes

Get ready for the ultimate game of tag! Our Kids World Chase Tag Class brings the excitement of professional World Chase Tag to a fun, safe, and high-energy environment just for kids. Blending elements of parkour, agility training, and strategic movement, this class teaches kids how to move faster, think quicker, and tag smarter. Each session includes skill-building drills, quad training, tag strategy, and, of course, plenty of high-speed chases! Whether your child is a natural speedster or just loves to move, they’ll build confidence, coordination, and sportsmanship in this action-packed class. Perfect for kids who love to run, jump, and play—all while learning real movement skills inspired by the world’s fastest tag athletes!

COMPETITIVE TEAMS

PARKOUR TEAM

Our Parkour Team is for dedicated athletes who are ready to take their training to a competition level.  This program is designed to push performance, refine technique, and develop creative expression through high-level parkour and freerunning skills — all within a supportive, team-based environment. Team members will focus on advanced movement combinations, flow development, strength and conditioning, obstacle challenges, and mindset training. Coach approval or tryout required for enrollment.

NINJA PRO TEAM

Our Pro Team is designed for dedicated athletes who are ready to push their skills, support their teammates, and take on obstacles with intensity and focus. This class combines high-level ninja training with the teamwork and discipline found in competitive sports. Tryouts or coach approval may be required for enrollment.
