Mommy and Me
Ages 2-4
Class length: 45 min
Embrace your little one’s independence in a safe class environment where you and your child can climb, jump, and explore together. This class will allow your child to build a basic understanding of body awareness, strength, and problem solving, while practicing listening and following directions.
Tiny Tots
Ages 2-4
Class length: 1 Hour
Embrace your little one’s independence in a guided open gym where you and your child can climb, jump, and explore together. This play experience will allow your child to build a basic understanding of body awareness, strength, and problem solving, while practicing listening and following directions.
Fitness
Adults
Class length: 50 min
The Family fitness class combines fitness bootcamp principles and functional fitness to create an all-encompassing full-body workout. All levels of fitness are welcome.
Mini Ninja
Ages 5-7
Class length: 1 hour
In the mini ninja class, your child will learn how to use obstacles and work on building a foundation of strength, balance and basic technique. There is no prerequisite to enroll in this class.
Mini Parkour
Ages 5-7
Class length: 1 Hour
In the mini parkour class, your child will learn the fundamentals of parkour while building strength and body awareness. They will learn to safely climb, jump and, most importantly, fall. There is no prerequisite to enroll in this class.
Mini Tumbling
Ages 5-7
Class length: 1 hour
In the tiny tumbling class, your child will learn the basics of tumbling, including forward rolls, backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and backbends, while building a foundation of strength and flexibility. There is no prerequisite to enroll in this class.
Intro Class
Ages 8+
Class length: 30 min
This introductory course offers brief lessons in all areas of the gym. Students will learn the basics of movement and how to safely use the features of our facility. This is a one-time course.
Beginner Ninja
Ages 8+
Class length: 1 Hour
The beginner ninja class introduces ninja skills and technique while building a foundation of strength and agility. Students will begin with conditioning and strength training, as well as ninja basics including balance, swinging, and landing/falling safely.
Beginner Parkour
Ages 8+
Class length: 1 hour
The beginner parkour class introduces parkour skills while building a foundation of strength and agility. Students will begin with conditioning and strength training, and work towards skills that will prepare them for the next level of classes.
Ninja Level 1
Ages 8+
Class length: 1 hour
The Ninja Level 1 class teaches athletes entry-level ninja skills, including balance, swinging/laches, and safe landings and falls. Athletes in this class will also participate in condintioning, strength and agility training. Prerequisite: Beginner Ninja or Coach Approval
Ninja Level 2
Ages 8+
Class length: 1 Hour
The Ninja Level 2 class is for athletes who have grown beyond beginner skills. Athletes will improve technique and practice obstacle and balance skills, as well as conditioning and strength/agility training. Prerequisite: Ninja Level 1 and Coach Assessment
Ninja Level 3
Ages 8+
Class length: 1 hour
The Ninja Level 3 class is for advanced athletes who have mastered level two skills. Athletes will continue to refine technique and build strength and agility. Prerequisite: Ninja Level 2 and Coach Assessment

Parkour B
Ages 12+
Class length: 1 hour
The beginner parkour class introduces parkour skills while building a foundation of strength and agility. Students will begin with conditioning and strength training, and work towards skills that will prepare them for the next level of classes.
Prerequisite: Beginner Parkour or Coach Approval
Skill&Speed
Ages 8+
Class length: 1 Hour
The parkour skill class focuses on the technique side of parkour. Athletes wil build foundational skills and focus on jumps, vaults, laches, and the safe way to fall. The parkour speed class focuses on building confidence, speed and endurance on a speed course. In this class, athletes will work on explosiveness, stamina, agility, and problem solving.
Prerequisite: Beginner Parkour or Coach Approval
Style
Agest 8+
Class length: 1 hour
The parkour style class helps participants find your personal style and connect it to parkour. Athletes will learn to travel through the parkour section with flow and individualism. Prerequisite: Beginner Parkour or Coach Approval
Rec Team
Ages 5+
The Fusion rec-level ninja team is a great entry point for athletes interested in competitive ninja. The team is open to all, regardless of experience. The rec team will compete in two competitions per season.
Prerequisite: Must be Ninja Level 1
Prep Team
Ages 6+

Pro Team

Class length: 50 min

Tumbling Level 1
Ages 8+
The Tumbling Level 1 class is designed to teach beginner athletes tumbling skills while building a foundation of strength and flexibility. Skills taught in level one include handstands, forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, round-offs and front and back walkovers.
Tumbling Level 2
Ages 8+
The Tumbling Level 2 class builds on skills learned in level one while continuing strength and flexibility work. Skills taught in level two include back handsprings, round-off/back handspring combinations, front and back tucks and aerials. Prerequisite: Tumbling Level 1 and Coach Assessment
World Chase Tag
Ages 16+
